This choice-free visual novel follows Kouichirou Nabatame, a former samurai, and Chiyo, an orphaned girl from a village. After deserting his kingdom, Kouichirou hopes to leave a life of bloodshed behind, but his past catches up with him in Hotsu Village, where he finds Chiyo in the aftermath of an attack.
The story focuses on how Kouichirou and Chiyo become a family and try to rebuild their lives. Players follow a linear narrative with no branching choices, accompanied by original music and illustrations.
