This arcade sports game is about skateboarding, with the player’s movements on a dedicated controller directing the skater’s actions. Tony Hawk: RIDE uses a wireless board fitted with accelerometers and motion sensors.
Tilts and gestures on the board translate directly into tricks in the game. Controls rely on physical movements rather than button combinations or analog sticks, with players standing on the controller to perform actions.
