This expansion for Sims 2 moves Sims from suburban homes into a busy apartment building with places such as coffee shops and a playground. Players can control multiple households, whose neighbors may live in harmony or fall into comic conflict, and encounter new social circles and character types, from artsy bohemians to tech enthusiasts and gearheads.
A reputation meter tracks how much respect a Sim earns from others and affects how easily they can find friends to help achieve their goals. Five building types offer new places to live, ranging from converted lofts to luxury apartments with a butler. New decor options include spiral staircases and high ceilings.
