Slap City is a platform fighter featuring characters from the Ludosity universe, each with a distinct playstyle. Matches can be played locally or online, with modes for up to four players, computer-controlled opponents, and various rule options. Online ranked one-on-one battles award points.
The game also includes Slap Ball, a team mode in which players send the ball into the opposing basket. Keeping it in the air through successive hits increases its scoring value, while resting near a team’s basket restores some damage. Each main character has a single-player story campaign built around platforming, and matches can be saved as replays.
