A city-building simulation about restoring Springfield after Homer causes a meltdown that destroys the town. The player lays out the city as they choose, helps Homer find Marge, Bart, and the other residents, and completes tasks to earn donuts.
Tasks send characters about their daily business: Apu works at the Kwik-E-Mart, while Cletus grows tomacco. The Conform-O-Meter tracks the town’s levels of Indolence, Consumerism, and Gluttony. Players can also visit friends’ Springfields, play pranks on their residents, and collect cash; the game includes animated scenes.
