A twin-stick side-scrolling arcade shooter in which light reveals and destroys enemies concealed in darkness. The game draws on classic arcade shooters, sending endless waves of foes and bosses against the player.
Defeated bosses drop power-ups tied to their defenses. These can be combined with a customized starting ability, and the game features 12 special weapons and power-ups. Up to four players can join local co-op, while leaderboards let players compare scores. Three difficulty modes are available.
