Railroad Tycoon 2 — Much of the game consists of laying tracks, building stations, and purchasing trains used to transport passengers and cargo from one station to another. Delivery profits can vary depending on difficulty level, economic conditions, cargo type, delivery time, product demand, station upgrades, and distance. Companies can use each other's stations and tracks, sharing the income between them. Costs include fuel, track and vehicle maintenance, and management costs. Fuel costs depend on the weight of the cargo and the distance traveled by the train. Train maintenance costs depend on the age and type of train (some trains are less expensive to maintain). It costs more to keep older trains running. Track maintenance is calculated solely from mileage.

Para a época, o jogo era muito simples, legal e interessante. Gostaria de ter um igual no meu celular. O único problema era que não dava para configurar o jogo sem travamentos e congelamentos de disco, e não dava para salvar o progresso. Se o melhorassem e modernizassem hoje em dia, daria para ganhar uma fortuna com ele na Play Store. Sou obrigado a jogar uma imitação patética de Rail Nation.
Игра для своего времени была очень простая,крутая и интересная,хотел бы такую же на мобильный телефон.Единственный недостаток был нельзя было доыига настроить без тормозов и зависания диска и невозможно созранить игру.Сейчас бы такую доработать,осовременнить и можно за неё срывать деньги вёдрами на Плей маркете.Вынвжден играть в жалкое подобие Рэил Нацию
