A futuristic third-person game blending shooter and visual novel elements follows a mass poisoning of the water supply. The protagonist and his brother Barry discover that they have been poisoned and have only six hours to live, during which they and many others experience constant hallucinations. The game explores how they process their impending deaths as their limbs turn into cartoon dolphins.
