N++ is a side-scrolling platformer set in a science-fiction world where success depends on controlling momentum. The player navigates obstacles, evades hostile robots, collects gold and reaches the exit across handcrafted levels. Precise movement and careful use of speed are essential to completing each stage and earning a high score.
The single-player campaign features thousands of levels, while Hardcore mode offers a separate challenge. The game also includes local cooperative and competitive modes for multiple players, a level editor and level sharing. Leaderboards and replays let players compare runs, and hidden challenges provide additional objectives.
