This football action game follows Super Mario Strikers, bringing characters from the Mario series to the pitch for hard-hitting matches with powerful shots. Mario Strikers Charged adds more captains, fields and sidekicks, along with the option to play against opponents around the world.
Players use the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to win possession, score goals and control the goalkeeper when defending. Each captain has individual skills and special abilities, including Mega Strikes: the ball splits into five projectiles heading for the goal, which the defending player must knock away with the controller.
