This turn-based Japanese role-playing game is set in the world of Lunar, threatened by a mysterious figure known as the Magic Emperor. In a quiet village, Alex dreams of becoming a Dragonmaster like the legendary Dyne, who once defended the goddess Althena from a great evil. Alongside his childhood friend Ramus, his companion Nall, and his adopted sister Luna, Alex sets out on a journey that will affect the fate of the world.
The adventure begins with what seems to be a minor task and unfolds through traditional turn-based battles. Alex and his companions travel together as the story develops. The game also features animated cutscenes, a musical soundtrack, and voiced dialogue.
