This Japanese role-playing game follows Neptune, the CPU of Planeptune, after she is sent to another dimension: a version of Gamindustri that has only reached the 1980s. Peace had prevailed in her home world for several years after the revival of Arfoire was prevented, but Neptune must now protect an unfamiliar Gamindustri.
In this dimension, the Seven Sages seek to create a world without CPUs. Neptune joins forces with new friends, including Plutia, the local CPU of Planeptune, to oppose them.
