A tower defense strategy game about protecting the human body from a viral attack. Viruses target organs including the heart, muscles, lungs, and kidneys, while the player builds defenses with four guardian towers, each featuring distinct tactical abilities and upgrades. The enemies can replicate and mutate into 15 different strains.
Players control the flow of blood to keep pathogens away from vital organs. Both the towers and the organs need nutrients, so resources must be balanced between strengthening defenses and sustaining the body. A laboratory presents facts about organs, viruses, and the immune system, while additional challenges include Emergency mode, achievements, and earning three stars on every level.
