This point-and-click adventure comedy continues Rufus’s story on the junkyard planet Deponia, which the Organon plans to destroy. The inventor sets out to find Goal, reach Elysium—a space-bound paradise for society’s elite—and save the planet. His plans go awry when Goal disappears and a series of mishaps leaves him in trouble.
After discovering a cloning machine, Rufus decides to make copies of himself. In some sections, the player controls all three Rufuses and coordinates their actions to solve tasks, even as they often get in one another’s way. The conclusion to the Deponia trilogy combines classic point-and-click puzzles with hand-drawn 2D graphics, sarcastic dialogue, and black humor.
