Epic Card Game is a strategy card game about fantasy combat, in which players try to reduce their opponents’ health to zero. Each player begins with 30 health and a hand of five cards, then draws a card at the start of each turn. Cards represent champions who fight on a player’s behalf and events that can change the course of a match.
Each player receives one gold per turn. Some cards cost gold to play, while others are free, so cards can be played from the first turn. Cards come in four colors, each associated with an alignment: yellow is Good, red is Evil, blue is Sage, and green is Wild. A deck can include cards of any colors, and matching colors often make them more powerful.
