Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires

This action game with strategy elements is set in ancient China, where players can take part in wars between kingdoms as either a powerful ruler or an officer. A ruler decides when to attack or repel invasions and which policies to enact to expand their influence and strengthen the empire. A card-based system grants policies that affect the army and its abilities, with available cards determined by the attributes of the officers and troops.

An officer can propose policies at the kingdom’s war council, complete missions for rewards, or turn against the ruler if relations sour. Dynasty Warriors 6 Empires also lets players create a warrior and customize their appearance, voice, clothing, and weapon. Mountain ledges and waterways provide routes into enemy bases for surprise attacks on supply depots, which can alter the course of battle.
