This arcade racing game casts players as cab drivers competing to deliver passengers while avoiding traffic and obstacles and earning fares. Crazy Taxi: Fare Wars includes two maps from Crazy Taxi—the arcade map and the original Dreamcast map, both inspired by San Francisco—as well as the Small Apple maps from Crazy Taxi 2, based on New York City.
Single-player options include Arcade, a mission-based mode with time bonuses, and Time Trial, where drivers aim to collect the highest fares within the time limit. Crazy Box offers 16 mini-games for practice, while Crazy Pyramid arranges challenges in a pyramid; completing them unlocks more mini-games from Crazy Taxi 2. In multiplayer, drivers can bump opponents’ cars and steal their passengers.
