An action puzzle game about containing a zombie outbreak in Franklin County. To defeat the undead, the player surrounds them with survivors of the same color, while zombies fight back by infecting people on the board. The story of the county’s survivors and their escape is told through text in the game world.
Containment: The Zombie Puzzler combines turn-based puzzle strategy with real-time action. In the campaign and survival modes, the player uses items found along the way and turns the surroundings into weapons by knocking over signs, powering up heavy cranes, and rolling cars over zombies. The game also features boss battles.
