A science-fiction, turn-based roguelike about a robot exploring a world ruled by machines and assembling itself from components found or salvaged from enemies. In Cogmind, power sources, propulsion units, utilities, and weapons can be fitted to the robot, changing its capabilities as the run progresses.
Procedurally generated areas are combined with handcrafted locations and encounters. The player can engage in tactical combat, evade enemies, hack systems, and gather information; losing parts means rebuilding the robot from new salvage. Progression has no experience system or grinding, and the environment is fully destructible.
