A casual open-world building game set in the Great Ursee, where the last remnants of free people seek a new home. The player raises towers and walls across cliffs and perilous waters, expanding a settlement and linking its structures to transport resources. Construction depends on distance rather than material costs: resources travel through tower networks and sea trade routes.
Growing the populations of different factions advances their Soultrees, unlocking commanders, captains, ships, units, and abilities. In the standard mode, players can explore, gather resources, trade, form alliances, and engage in conflict. Freebuild removes resource limits and challenges, while Total Conquest disables diplomacy, makes every faction hostile, and increases the scale and frequency of raids.
