This adventure platformer follows a pursuit through time as escaped monkeys threaten to alter history. After the mischievous monkey Specter takes a professor’s helmet, a device that can increase intelligence, it transforms him into a power-hungry villain bent on ruling the world. Specter frees other monkeys and takes control of a time machine to flee into the past.
The player controls Spike, a friend of the professor, and sets out after the fugitives. The goal is to capture more than 200 monkeys across eight worlds and over 20 levels, stopping them from changing history.
