This 3D sandbox turns a computer desktop into a virtual world, where shortcuts appear as objects and games or applications launch directly from the environment. Anarchy Arcade can also organize collections of games, movies, and images in an explorable space.
Players place shortcuts and props, adjust their properties, and build rooms using maps and models from games made with the Source engine. Custom spaces can be shared, and players can explore other users’ creations. Multiplayer lets participants tour collections, watch videos, or spend time together in a virtual world, while launched programs run over the environment and standard desktop functions remain available.
