This stealth horror game is a prequel to 123 Slaughter Me Street. The protagonist wakes up in a dark house with blood on their hands and only a flashlight, then begins to realise they are not alone. The story explores the events that led to the madness surrounding the series.
Across ten levels, the player evades pursuers and fills a hide meter while using the flashlight to find places of refuge. The blue Seeker searches the area and tries to get close, while the tall pink Greeter lingers near dimly lit spots. The brown Screamer can reveal the protagonist’s location with a scream, but a well-timed beam of light makes it panic and leave.
